Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 Cup Maida
  • ¼ Cup warm Milk
  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 4-5 Cloves Medium Garlic Crushed or finely chopped
  • ¾ Oregano
  • Little Maida to dust
  • Quarter cup Mozarella
  • 2-3 tsp Chillii Flakes
  • 1tsp Oregano
  • 1tsp mixed herbs
  • ¼ cup melted Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped for Garlic Butter
  • Finely chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp

Lets make it

Take a large mixing bowl or Pan and add warm milk with Yeast with sugar and allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes. Add a pinch of salt with Garlic and Oregano
Now add 1 cup Maida to the mixture, add butter and Knead
Coat the kneaded dough with oil and allow it to rest for 2 hours

  • Keep a mixture of melted butter, garlic and coriander ready in the meantime
  • Beat the resting dough and coat it generously with the butter mixture
  • Further top with mozzarella cheese on half of the dough.
  • Also season with chili flakes and oregano.
  • Shape the dough and seal the edges.
  • Brush generous amount of prepared garlic butter
  • Top it with chili flakes and mixed herbs.
  • Make slice marks over bread without cutting them fully.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
  • Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve
